The iXG has 100MP resolution and unsurpassed image quality standards. To suit high volume workflows, the industrial build and industry-leading shutter durability ensure a long usable life that yields superb return on investment.
Flexibility for mixed collections
The iXG delivers incredible flexibility for the digitization of mixed collections.
In combination with a Phase One or Digital Transitions copy stand, the iXG quickly switches between large and small originals. Add a Phase One or Digital Transitions film capture stage, and transparent film and glass plates are readily digitized.
Color accuracy & detail
The iXG Camera System uses 100-megapixel CMOS sensors to ensure the highest resolution with the lowest possible noise. In combination with the ICC profiles of Capture One CH, these sensors produce the most accurate colors and render minute details, enabling accurate reproduction for all cultural heritage applications. The sensor’s 4:3 aspect ratio maximizes the captured area and is suitable for most common object formats.

Integration with Capture One Cultural Heritage
The full integration of hardware with the specialized Capture One CH software yields efficient, professional workflow and precision results. The Capture One CH integration offers complete camera control, reliable performance, and expertly crafted RAW conversion algorithms. Tools for auto-cropping and aligning of both documents and books is a huge time saver, as is the automated workflow for capturing negative film.
Accurate distance measuring & PPI assist
The iXG has the unique capability to accurately position the lens and record its properties.
In combination with Capture One’s camera focus tool, the intuitive PPI Assist feature and precise contrast-based auto focus provide an extremely simple, yet powerful, way to achieve the highest level of image quality and compliance with reproduction standards such as Metamorfoze and FADGI. Any common copy stand can be used. The margin of error is within 2ppi – well within the specifications from both FADGI and Metamorfoze.
Tethering built for high volume
The iXH Camera System ensures fast reliable data transfer with the USB-C and 10G Ethernet connectivity. The tethering options additionally allow for advanced networking configurations.
High quality optics
The iXG supports several high quality lenses that meet the high demands of high volume flat copy digitization work.
The Phase One designed 72mm lens uses groundbreaking UltraRes technology to ensure perfect sharpness at all magnifications – optimized for 150MP and beyond. The motorized floating element increases precision at all apertures and magnification ranges, from 1:70 to 1:3.
The iXG also supports the Schneider Kreuznach 120mm lens. 21mm and 42mm extension tubes are available for close up capturing of film and small objects at higher resolution, and are designed and built with the same accuracy and quality as the camera body and lens.
In combination with the digital lens profiles of Capture One CH, the lenses offer the highest quality in terms of resolution, flatness, sharpness, lack of distortion and color uniformity required for the most demanding reproduction applications.

Phase One RPS 2300XL Floorstanding Copy Stand
An AutoColumn copy stand capable of meeting the ever-increasing demand for fast, efficient large format digitization. For large, flat and thin objects such as maps, newspapers and drawings, the included metal cover board can be mounted onto the base, allowing for careful and secure positioning with magnets.
The copy stand utilizes a large, super-stable metal base. At 1000x750mm, it supports objects larger than A1. Combined with the Phase One iXH 150MP, this means 300ppi can be easily and conveniently achieved while meeting the strictest FADGI, Metamorfoze and ISO 19264 digitization guidelines.
The new base comes with a set of heavy-duty, lockable castor wheels and an RPS-175 arm extension, providing accurate and stable camera positioning and support. A utility shelf underneath the baseboard provides a convenient solution for placing the controller box and other tools and accessories.

Phase One 72mm Mk II iX-RS Lens
A brand new Phase One-designed 72mm lens allows perfect sharpness at all magnifications, using groundbreaking UltraRes technology, optimised for 150MP and beyond. Both this new Phase One 72mm MkII and Schneider Kreuznach 120mm lenses offer the highest available resolution, flatness, sharpness and little to no distortion, to maintain colour uniformity. Two extension tubes – 21mm and 42mm – for the 120mm lens have been designed for close ups at higher resolution, ideal for capturing small objects and 35mm film.

Phase One Film Capture Stage
The Phase One Film Capture Stage provides an adjustable, geared support mechanism and is compatible with a range of carriers for glass plate negatives, and most popular film strip and sheet formats. It can be easily adjusted to position the object directly under the camera.

Phase One RPI-165 LED Insert for Baseboard
Fits the RPS-2300XL 130 x 100cm Base Board
The RPS-165 is a black finished insert fitting to the Baseboard of the RPS-2300xxl setup.
It has an integral LED Panel as its main light source to enable copying of transparancies and glass slides.
This can be inserted into the standard baseboard or as part of a system with the RPS-2300xxl.
The LED Panel has a continuous dimmer control and is opaque for uniform light transmission.
The unit is covered with a glass panel at the same surface level as the Baseboard.
